If your wearable data isn’t appearing in LunaFit, try these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check your wearable’s permissions
LunaFit pulls data from your phone’s health app—Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android)—not directly from your wearable.
Make sure your device (watch, ring, band, or tracker) is paired with your phone and syncing to the correct health app (Apple Health or Google Health Connect). Check if your phone' health app (Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) is showing recent data—like heart rate or steps. If not, double-check that permissions are properly set and syncing is enabled for your device’s companion app and the LunaFit app.
💡 Note: If you deleted Apple Health or Health Connect, reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Confirm your your wearable is paired to your phone
3. Open your devices' companion app and check their permissions and settings
4. Try a Manual Resync

The Google Pixel Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch is designed to work exclusively with Android devices and doesn't support syncing with iOS due to platform restrictions by Google.
Fitbit no longer supports syncing with iOS, and on Android, it limits access to certain data like resting heart rate—so that information isn’t shared with third-party apps like ours.
